Is Kinghills licensed?

Kinghills is a licensed casino, just not a UK-licensed one. The operator, IntellogixSoft B.V., holds licence OGL/2024/1121/1020 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA). The brand launched in 2024 and has never appeared on the UK Gambling Commission public register. So the honest answer to "is Kinghills legit?" is: it is regulated, but by an offshore regulator with lighter rules than the ones you get at a UKGC site.

A CGA licence means the company passed checks on ownership, the fit-and-proper status of its directors, anti-money-laundering procedures and the certification of its games. The regulator can fine the licensee, suspend it or pull the licence altogether. That is a real baseline, and it separates Kinghills from the fully unlicensed sites that change domain every few months.

What it does not give you is the UK layer on top. A UKGC operator has to cap online slot stakes at £5 a spin (or £2 if you are 18 to 24), plug into GAMSTOP, run affordability checks once your losses pass certain thresholds, cap bonus wagering at 10x, and route unresolved complaints to an approved dispute service such as IBAS. None of that applies at Kinghills. In practice you will see bigger welcome packages with 35x wagering, higher maximum bets and a cashier that takes crypto. Curaçao rewrote its gambling law. The National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK) came into force on 24 December 2024 and replaced the old master-licence system, where a handful of companies such as Antillephone held a master licence and sold sublicences under numbers like 8048/JAZ. Under the new law each operator applies to the CGA directly and gets its own licence, which is where the "OGL/2024" prefix on Kinghills' number comes from.

That is why you will still find older reviews, including some pages on this site written before the change, that name a different company and an 8048/JAZ number. Treat those as history. The operator and licence above are the current ones as of the date at the bottom of this page.
